and International Paint
Congress, the largest
and most important
trade show for the paint and coatin-
gs industry in Latin America, which
is taking place from September 16
to 18 at Transamérica Expo Center,
in São Paulo, will provide a major
contribution to stimulating the ad-
vance of science and technology in
the paint supply chain and the search
of sustainable, innovative solutions.
At the same time, the environment it
creates is extremely favorable to the
closing of deals.
With world-leading suppliers and
experts in attendance, the event is a
unique opportunity for people to get
an inside look at the state of the art in
the paint industry and its products, as
well as the paths leading to the paint
of the future.
Abrafati 2013 comprises more than
250 exhibitors, 72 technical pre-
sentations at the congress, four po-
dium discussions, 13 lectures at the
Abrafati-RadTech South America In-
ternational Con-
ference on Ra-
diation Curing,
and more than
50 papers avai-
lable in the Pos-
ter Session area.

Abrafati 2013 is taking up five sec-
tions of Transamérica Expo Center,
covering an area of 28,000 square
meters, 6,000 more than it did in its
previous edition. The exhibit space is
not only larger, but also better laid
out, ensuring greater comfort to both
exhibitors and visitors. In addition,
Transamérica Expo Center itself has
improved its infrastructure, inclu-
ding its food court, auditoriums and
parking facilities.
