is a very interactive, high-technology commu-
nication channel targeting audiences without
borders.

ders as possiblewith both the printed and digi-
tal versions of our publication, all at the same
time and at the current speed of information.
In taking this additional groundbreaking initia-
tive, the publishing house considered actual,
rather meaningful statistics on the Brazilian
market. A study has been recently published by Ibope which shows
that the number of Brazilians accessing the Internet from home, work
or LAN houses reached 105.1 million in the second quarter of 2013. This
represents a 3-percent increase from the previous quarter’s 102.3million.
In two years’ time, the number of people who access the Internet from
home has increased by nearly 20 million.
The contents available fromPaint &PinturaMagazine’s newplatformare
so interactive that they can only run on tablets, including videos, moving
covers, infographics and integration with online contents, among other
applications. The interface is designed specifically for this new version,
and its graphic design uses larger fonts and makes it much easier to
read. Both the new graphic design and the version for tablets have been
developed by advertising firm Habilis.
