for enhanced performance, cost effectiveness and more
sustainability.
Up next was the presentation “Material and Specialty

dedbyFernandoMantovani, sales technicianatUBE, an
M.Cassabpartner,whoheldadiscussionon themarket
andapplicationsof 1,6hexanediol inpaintpolymersand
additives, suchasmethylethyl ketoxime.Thediscussion
of applications extended to their implications on the
end product, focusing on the use of those products as
replacements for similarones.
Another interesting lecture was “Radiation-Curing
Systems:More than aTrend, aNecessity,”deliveredby

Caforio. This lecture covered market trends towards
adopting radiation-curing systems and their advanta-
