Ontheoccasion,AbrafatiexecutivepresidentDilsonFerreiracommen- tedontheyear2016:“Thishasbeenatoughyear,filledwithexpecta- tionsastowhatwasgoingtohappeninourpolitics,includingallofthe uncertainties that culminated in the impeachment of thepresident. PetrobrasDistribuidora(alsolocallyknownasBR)tooktheopportunity tohonorthosepaintandcoatingsproducerswhohaveadheredtothe Industry-specificQualityProgram (PSQ, the initials inPortuguese) for DecorativeCoatings, reaffirmingBR’s support for initiatives thatwill strengthentheindustryanditscommitmenttoexcellence.Altogether, 35companieshavesubscribedtotheprogramthusfar.Attheevent, 23ofthemwerehonored,and12aresettofollowsuitgoingforward.
