Abouttoturn25yearsold,Braschemicalopened itsfirst
branch in late 2013, making it an event envolving em-
ployeesof its two sites inan integrationand team-buil-
dingeffort, forwhichorigamiwasusedasmotivation.
The company has been growing in an orderly and sustai-
nable manner, and this is the ideal time to take another
step. The site was strategically selected due to its easy
access to the state capital and its highways by the ring
road. “The branch is located at the 15 kilometer marker
on the Anhanguera highway, in São Paulo, inside a busi-
ness condominium complexwherewehaveawarehouse,
laboratory and office facilities. Braschemical no longer
outsources, but now runs its ownwarehouse in order to
streamline and add efficiency and quality to our logistic
service for customers,” says Braschemical marketing di-
rector Liliane Schwab Leite.
In addition to its own warehouse, Braschemical is now
equipped, in the same space, with a laboratory to help
customers develop products using rawmaterials sold by
the company and tomonitor the quality of its products.
“To that end, Braschemical is forming a technical team
thatwill be responsible for technical service, quality con-
trol, new product development and quality assurance,”
