Thefirst lecture inthemorningperiodwasAshland’s“Foam
ControlAgentsTechnology”,deliveredbyNatáliaLopes,of
TechnicalSupport,SouthAmerica.
Itwas followedbyCabot’s lectureentitled“Foundationsof
Fumed Silica Focusing on Paint Application”, provided by
marketingandtechnicalservicemanagerAlexandreCarmello.
Lonza presented the lecture “Lonza Preservatives and
Additives–WeWanttoBePartofYourSolution”,delivered
AlessandroMachado,thecompany’ssalesmanagerforBrazil.
Thereupon,thelectureentitled“Rheotech–NewGeneration
of Properties-EnhancingAssociativeAcrylic Thickeners for
WaterborneCoatings”,presentedbyCoatex’sdevelopment
andapplicationmanagerforLatinAmericaNeideJiuliani.

Intertank,acompanyestablishedin1981,announcesanothermajor
investment in a new site located in the stateof SantaCatarina,
neartheItajaíarea,which isreadytoprovidecustomerswithtank
rental, cleaning, decontamination andmechanical maintenance
services.“Wemadethis investmenttargetingmostlysecurityand
expedition for our customers in this region. The productionof
tankswillcontinueattheJundiaíplant,SãoPaulo,butourservices
